Management Office design

On the back of the success of Westgate Oxford's Marketing Suite, we were once again commissioned to design the newly formed Management team's offices within the Centre itself.  To design a big space on a small budget, our brief was to provide permanent desk space for 25, hotdesking for ten, three meeting rooms, a capacious reception and one theatre space for 60; our creative centred on placing the team firmly at the centre of Oxford.  The Management Offices has multiple functions; as well as providing a base for the Management team, it is home to the Operational teams including Security and Cleaning facilities, is a public facing destination and a key training facility for Retailers.

The bespoke wallpaper we designed was such a hit in the Marketing Suite that we ran a reprint in a different colourway for the reception area, capturing the spirit of the city.  We designed bespoke furniture including an iconic W bookcase, a Westgate platform inspired reception desk and high-level, funky hotdesking benches.  The brand's colour palette was used to create a sleek, decorative linear style in communal areas and the theatre space and smart use of budget helped us repurpose and up-cycle key furniture pieces from the Marketing Suite.  We designed large-scale, writeable and magnetic maps to meet non-digital communications requirements and worked closely with the client's AV team to create the best digital solutions for the space.
