Woodside Energy

With corporate offices around the world, Australian oil and gas company Woodside Energy's operations expanded in 2015 to include the opening of an office in London's Mayfair.

Carocom was invited to provide logistics, production and event management services to the team to launch the new offices.  The prestigious Mandarin Oriental in Knightsbridge was engaged as the venue for the event which hosted Woodside's industry guests and cultural and ambassadorial partners from the UK and around the world. 

From designing and fulfilling the invitation process to providing simple and elegant set, staging and screen content for the event, we loved working with the Woodside team on this exclusive celebration of their new space and helping them put Woodside on the London map.
